Structure
The pmd *CRC is an unincorporated joint venture with an independent Governing Board. The Board comprises eight members: two from the minerals industry, two from the research community, and two
to cover the more commercial/ strategic aspects of the CRC, together with the Chairman and the CEO who are both drawn from Industry.
Research Programs are planned and coordinated by the Executive Research Committee comprising Industry and Research partners. Active explorers hold key positions in the committees. The most important role of the committee is to determine and recommend to the Board, via the CEO, the resource fund allocation sought. A further two committees provide advice on Education and Training, and Commercial matters.
